Went there Thursday night for Karaoke and had a great experience! The karaoke lady was lovely and the bar staff were exceptional! The staff cater to picking up your empty glasses and bottles leaving your table clean all night! The place was vibing with great singers and everyone was well behaved! Had the best night to start adventuring Cairns for my friends 60th birthday. Thank you to Downunder Bar for a pleasant night!

This place is fantastic, free unlimited pool and there are lots of tables to choose from if you go in at a quieter time of day. My friend and I played 8 games last night, drank some beer jugs and they were playing a great mixture of classic rock music through the PA. My kind of vibe!

Thursday and Friday nights karaoke with Bridget is awesome ... everyone is super supportive . Loads of fun everyone sings along great night out. BRIDGET is really great and does an amazing job getting everyone up singing dancing & having a blast ... very cool host .. staff venue & food are all great .. come along for a night have a good night

The original and the best An old school Melbourne style pool hall In the Far North. Great friendly atmosphere Good food and music. I've come from Melbourne to Cairns many times Always my first stop. Still going strong because it offer the punters They want.

You might notice that I didn't rate the food! Well, might I mention that the reason for my decision is made rather honestly! I didn't eat there! I just had a glass/mini bottle of Cabsav, the vintage of which is unbeknownst to me for the mere reason that it wasn't written on the mini bottle's label! They obviously don't sell wine by the glass 🍷 Oh dear! However, the atmosphere was excitingly electric, energetic, ear-penetrating and dynamic! The novel idea that one could indulge in an infinite number of pool games at no extra cost was extremely surprising provided one could find an unoccupied pool table! The bar service was great considering that both the bartender and customer had to yell in order to be heard! Go there if you're young or at least young at heart 💕

We came in for some drinks and to play a couple of rounds of pool and had a great time! The pool is free and there are tons of tables, no one bothered us and it was nice to just have a chill evening playing some pool, would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something to do in the evening in Cairns!

Cairns is already a top tier pinball town, and at this bar is the meanest, fastest, unforgiving Stern Godzilla Pro machine I've ever laid my greasy mitts on. Venue has a grotto vibe which really suits the vibes, the AC was cold which was only beaten by cold Hard Rates (which were the cheapest at the venues I visited on my NQ pinball adventures)
